Apparel Printing Foreign Trade FAQ

I. Products & Printing Techniques

1. Q: What printing techniques do you support?

A: We offer a full range of mainstream printing techniques including direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, heat transfer printing(DTF), screen printing and embroidery. We can recommend the most suitable solution based on the fabric type (cotton, polyester, linen, blended fabrics, etc.) and your specific requirements.

2. Q: Are there any restrictions on the colors and patterns for printing?

A: DTG printing has basically no color restrictions and supports gradient colors as well as high-definition complex patterns. For screen printing, the number of colors will affect the cost, so we recommend keeping it within 6 colors. Patterns should be provided in vector formats such as AI or CDR, or in high-resolution PNG/JPG files (with a resolution of ≥300 dpi).

3. Q: What types of fabrics can you handle for printing?

A: We regularly support printing on cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, spandex stretch fabrics, etc. For special fabrics (such as silk and nylon), you can send us samples in advance for feasibility testing.

II. Orders & Lead Time

1. Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: The MOQ for printing is 1 pieces per design. We offer negotiable prices for large-volume orders and also support small trial orders.

2. Q: How long is the production lead time for an order?

A: Sample production takes 3-5 working days, and mass production takes 7-15 working days, depending on the order quantity and process complexity. Rush orders can be arranged with a shortened lead time through negotiation.

3. Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes, sample fees are charged based on the printing technique. Once the bulk order is confirmed, the sample fee can be deducted from the total payment.

III. Quality & After-Sales Service

1. Q: How do you ensure the quality of the printed products?

A: We will provide a pre-production sample for your confirmation before mass production. Strict quality control procedures are implemented during the production process. The color fastness of our printing meets the AATCC testing standards, ensuring resistance to washing and friction.

2. Q: How do you handle quality issues if they arise?

A: In case of printing defects such as peeling or fading caused by our technical issues, we will provide free rework or replenishment. You are required to provide clear photos of the problem and a detailed quantity list within 7 working days after receiving the goods.

IV. Foreign Trade Related

1. Q: What trade terms do you support?

A: We support EXW.

The quotation is valid for 15 working days, subject to exceptions in case of significant fluctuations in raw material prices during this period.
